Pierogi

Ewa's Tasty  Pierogi are made using traditional recipes using locally-sourced ingredients that are healthy and fresh.

Pierogi have been enjoyed in Poland since sometime in the 13th Century and are an intrinsic part of the Polish culture and are traditionally eaten at feasts and at one time, each holiday had its own flavour of pierogi.

Today Ewa brings you Pierogi made in a traditional way with both classical fillings and fillings with a more modern twist.

Pychotka

Cakes & Festive Pastries

Ewa also makes a delicious range of cakes and pastries based on traditional Polish recipes including:

Pani Walewska (Pychotka): Traditional Polish cake in delectable layers of crust, jam, meringue and pudding cream, topped with almond flakes.

Babka: A rich bread laced with run syrup and drizzled with Icing. Traditionally served at  Easter

Also Ewa makes Jojo, Strudels and Apple pies.

Take the stress out of your party and event by ordering a banquet spread from Ewa. She can provide savories, croquettes, pastries, sweets, themed cupcakes and sweet pierogi.

Ewa will cater for parties of up to 50 people and will develop a menu to suite your event. Prices are from $25-50 per person.

Sweet Pierogi

Sweet pierogi are an impressive dessert for any time of the year. Select from a variety of sweet fillings including blueberries, raspberries, cherries and strawberries.  Serve with sweet cream, creme fraiche or sour cream and add a sprinkling of crystallized mint for added zest.

Savory Pierogi

Choose from a huge variety of savory fillings including: sauerkraut & mushroom, Russian (cheese & potatoes), meat, mushrooms & red borscht.
