Serve with either a clear soup (barszcz) or steamed vegetables.

You can always make a delicious vegetable puree to sit them on. Use bright colours and vary your textures.

Flaki & Bigos

Flaki is a dense soup traditionally served at weddings and eaten with a fresh bread roll. The main ingredient is cleaned strips of beef tripe in a delicious broth.

Bigos is a Polish Hunter's stew of mixed finely chopped meat stewed with sauerkraut and shredded fresh cabbage.

Beef Roulade

Beef roulade stuffed with gherkin, bacon and onion. Serve hot, garnished with parsley and red cabbage and noodles tossed hot butter and chives. 

Roulade is traditionally served with a garnish of crumbled kaska (Buckwheat & Barley).

Veal or Pork can be used to order
